    China International Ship Trading Website provides its web service to the clients subject to its own operation system through the Internet.

    Basis the service importance of China International Ship Trading Website, the Users agree: provide the true, accurate, current and complete information; maintain and update the register information to keep the information true, accurate, current and complete.

    China International Ship Trading Website has the right to modify the service conditions if necessary. In case of the change in the service conditions, it will provide the notice to the users at the main pages about the amendments. If the users do not accept the amendments, he can cancel the web service by himself. If the users continue to enjoy the web service, it seems that he accept the amendments in the service conditions. China International Ship Trading Website reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify of discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without the notice to users, and it is not responsible for the users and the third party.

    Upon you completing the services registration process, you will be the legal member of the China International Ship Trading Website and you will receive a password and account designation. The users shall be responsible for the maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You can change your password at any time. In case the members loss the account or forget the password, the members shall newly register and set the password. The members should responsible for any loss and damage arising from their failure. And the members agree to notify the China International Ship Trading Website immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

    China International Ship Trading Website is not responsible for or liability to any damage caused by using the web service uncommon, unlawfully or any change in the information that the member load up or transmit. 

    Each member shall abide by the conditions: the sales and purchase information which posted on the Site shall be subject to the law and regulation of China; do not use the web service for the unlawful purpose; do not effect or interfering the service of the web service; abide by the terms and condition to use the web service, regulation, program and general conditions.

    Each Member hereby represents, warrants and agrees that the use by the member of the Service shall not contain the information that is (a) unlawfully, (b) defamatory or libelous for the third parties, (c) any abusive, threatening, vulgar, pornography or sex-related and etc. One the side the users can not upload or transmit the information (a) that abet or encourage any third parties to commit a criminal offence; (b) that concern the information further the disadvantages of the country and hazard the state’s safety ; (c) or otherwise that violate any law or regulation. It is prohibitive for the members attempt to gain the unlawfully or unauthorized access to the computer. If any member breaches the representations, the China International Ship Trading Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of member immediately in its sole discretion.

    Each member is solely responsible for their activities by use of the service and may be held legally liable or accountable for the content of their comments or other information.

    If the member upload or transmit the information that is reactive, pornography or violate any law and regulation, the China International Ship Trading Website may disclose the reports in the system as the evidence to the government or the law enforcement body.

   This agreement shall be governed by the laws of People’s republic of China. With regard to its conflict of law provisions, it shall be subject to the regulation of the law, and other conditions shall be binding on the users as well.
